What we do

Relief Bridge Capital purchases and reconsolidates existing merchant cash advances into a single weekly payment made to us. We are not a lender and do not issue new loans. Reconsolidation lowers your weekly payment by extending the repayment term; it does not reduce the total amount owed, and the total cost may be higher over the life of the plan.

Eligibility

Our services are offered to businesses, not consumers. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

No guarantee

Submitting the qualification form does not create an agreement or guarantee that we will purchase your advances. Any offer is subject to our review of your specific advances and circumstances, and all terms are disclosed before you sign anything.

Accounts and the client portal

If we provide you a portal account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Fees

We do not charge upfront application or setup fees. Our compensation and the full cost of your plan are disclosed to you before any agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relief Bridge Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
