When you submit our qualification form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email, phone number, the number of advances you carry, your approximate weekly withdrawals, and any message you include. If we set up a client portal account for you, we store your email, a securely hashed password, and the details of your plan. We also automatically record limited technical data such as your IP address and a session identifier needed to keep you signed in.

How we use information

We use your information to evaluate whether a buyout and reconsolidation is a fit, to communicate with you, to fund and service your plan, to operate the client portal, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the merchant cash advance funders we pay off on your behalf; with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery and hosting); and when required by law or to protect our rights. Service providers are bound to use your information only for the services they perform for us.
